ONE EY Fest

Event Overview

Quoted as the annual dinenr party of the year, and was quick to tbe the talk of the town. The ONE EY Fest was not your typical coporate annual party, as EY Malaysia made a bold decision to try a new annual dinner format, in hopes to not only provide its employees a unique and memorable experience, but one that would retain current talents, and attract new talents to the organisation.

The music festival themed event shwocased a star studded line up of performances from top local acts such as Lost Spaces, Dollah, Sona One, Jaclyn Victor and superstar DJ Jovyn, whose meteoric rise on TikTOk with over 10 million followers, provided a impactful encore to the event with her unique style of mixing.

A commentable aspect of the event was that, 80-90% of the materials used to construct the event was utilsing sustainable materials. Utilising props such as oil drums, wooden pallets, LED lights, and trees as decorative. We managed to reduce the use of plastic, by opting for paper plates, utensils and cups for F&B. Furthermore, guests were encourage to re-fill their mini bottled water that the received upon checking in to the event, at our very own custom built water dispensing station.
